The Research Grant Application Form requires answers to various questions concerning the proposed research including the Sponsoring Optometric Institution, qualifications of the applicant, the project plan, objectives/significance/benefits, budgetary account, and publication plan.

Applicant should complete and sign the form with appropriate attachments and send letters of support and/or recommendation from faculty of sponsoring institution.

Research grants will be reviewed by the Advisory Board shortly after the deadline dates of September 1 and March 1. It is imperative that your request arrive by the above dates and should be mailed to Dr. Robert Nesom, Chairman.
