Recognition of the MOA Partner Program

We are pleased to invite you to participate in the MOA Partner Program, specifically designed for our friends in the ophthalmic industry. We have four levels of partnership available to participants, Visionary, Gold, Silver and Bronze, which represent the selected levels of your support for the MOA. We appreciate your valuable contributions over the years and look forward to rewarding you with accurate recognition for your continued generous support. Over the first six months, the MOA will track your support, as reported by you and/or your company. At the MOA Annual Meeting (formerly named the MOA Convention), your contributions will be recognized. Based upon your contributions, your company will be placed at the appropriate contribution level for the Annual Meeting. We understand it may be difficult to reach the listed monetary levels in six months; therefore, we have a system to pro-rate your contributions. Another contribution option is to pledge a certain dollar amount to the MOA for the year. This will ensure your position at the appropriate level in August.
